It is currently in the process of creating a new centre to support start-up businesses in the digital sector, where enterprises will be able to get advice, support and space to help them grow and thrive. Facilities at the Digital Innovation Hub will include a cyber-security suite and a virtual reality engineering design studio, designed to raise the skill levels of employees and inspire the region’s young people to consider careers in STEM subjects.
