Slough becomes new home for ByBox

11:33 21 April in Berkshire, News

ByBox, previously based at Oxford Science Park and a specialist in smart locker technology and field service solutions, has taken the seventh floor at The Future Works in Slough.

The company will join Clarendon at the offices, which is in the first phase of a £200 million investment in the region, providing 100,000 sq ft of offices. In total, the three-phases regeneration project will create 350,000 sq ft of new office accommodation in the heart of Slough.

“ByBox’s decision to take space at The Future Works is a firm vote of confidence not only in the building we have created, but also in Slough itself. Having retained its title as the most productive place in the UK, with a higher concentration of global headquarters than any other UK city outside London, and with exceptional and improving transport links to the capital, Slough holds significant appeal. Interest in remaining floors is strong and we look forward to welcoming further businesses here.”

Tom Smithers, Property Director, AshbyCapital

“With over £4 billion currently being invested in the town and the Heart of Slough initiative transforming the town centre, Slough is certainly enjoying a renaissance. It’s great to see businesses recognising how much Slough has to offer them and their employees, which will only increase as the town continues its evolution.”

Jonathan Goring, Group Development Director, U+I
