About TVEP - Working together to achieve the vision of sustainable growth

The Thames Valley Economic Partnership (TVEP) is a not-for profit partnership that brings together the region's leading private and public sector organisations to promote the region's economic competitiveness by:

  • Lobbying for investment in infrastructure priorities
  • Building relationships with potential and current inward investors so that they continue to build their business in the Thames Valley
  • Promoting innovation, inspiring and connecting innovators
  • Leading briefings and discussion on current issues affecting the Thames Valley economy

 

A unique organisation

TVEP is a membership organisation, unique in bringing together all the stakeholders with an interest in the economy - leading private sector companies, local government, transport operators, public sector agencies and further education establishments. This unique mix of private and public sector organisations has been influencing the economic development of the region since 1994.

Our members include major employers in the region, including Cisco, Dell, Microsoft, Oracle, Siemens, Syngenta, UCB and Vodafone. Leading professional services companies are also part of the partnership, such as PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young. More about our members

TVEP is funded by its corporate partners and the South East England Development Agency. The activities of TVEP are managed by an experienced business team based at Green Park, Reading, led by a Board of Directors comprising leading professionals from the private and public sector.
